At 1st, I planned to wait for the sunrise early in the morning and capture the wonderful scene...but who knows I overslept. =.= So I missed out that moment~ Damn! When i woke up, the sun was shinning brightly. So I went down to the beach again and captured some beach scenes instead...hope you like it! ^^

Last weekend went for a trip to Damai Beach Resort with a couple of friends. In such a hectic life of mine (I consider it is! Don't argue with me!), it's actually a good thing for me to go to somewhere relaxing once in a while for vacation! It has been ages since i last visit damai...i still remember the last time i went to damai is when i was in primary..that's really a long long time ago...lol~ Ok, i'm not very good with words...so let the pictures do all the talking! ;)





Here we are...Damai beach Resort~

We reached there earlier than the check-in time...so we had no choice but to find a spot near the beach and wait...


While waiting, we filled our empty stomach with KFC that we had 'tapao-ed' (take away service)...nice! ;)



Feel like craving for KFC now??? LOL~



Just within a few minutes, we had finished all the fried chicken and cheesy wedges! Gosh~ damn fast..



Soon...it's time for hotel check-in!

Soon after that, we went to have a tour around the resort and the beach...

During the evening time, the weather started to get cloudy...and soon, it rained!!! I missed out the sunset~ Damn!

Instead of the beautiful sunset picture...I captured the cloudy scenery...-__-!



You can see the disappointment shown on their face right after the rain drops started to fall from the sky...


But luckily after a few minutes of raining, it finally came to an end! So we quickly rushed to the beach~

As the day was getting dark...our stomach started to rumble! It's dinner time! ^^
We headed up to Buntal Village for food~



Our dinner that night cost us RM100++ in total! Damn expensive...i could see there is a big hole in my wallet edi...T.T


After that, we headed back to the resort and had some chit-chatting while enjoying the cold sea wind...so relaxing~

Last Monday had a 'yam cha' session with a couple of friends at The Living Room cafe! The environment there is nice and kinda romantic , but then the cafe has some kind of strange smell coming from the burning citronella candles decorated there. So if you can't stand the smell, this place maybe not a suitable cafe for you to hang out in Kuching. XD

Today, a couple of friends and I went to Fairy Cave at Bau (approximately 22km from Kuching). Staying in Sarawak for so long, this is actually my 1st time visiting Fairy cave! :p It is one of the most popular attractions in Bau. This unusual limestone cave got its name as 'Fairy' because of a stalagmite structure at its entrance that is said to resemble Kuan Yin, the Chinese Goddess of Mercy. At Fairy cave here, you can then explore the rock formations and see the natural limestone sculptures. Although i didn't get to see any bats in fairy cave there, but it is still quite fun though!

At 1st we planned to visit the Wind cave after this, but then something happened! Our poor little Sin Ee accidentally stepped on a nail (or bats' shit perhaps???) and injured...so we
canceled our current plan and went straight back to Kuching to seek treatment. Hope you recover soon ya, sin ee! =)

Guess what I saw in my house's postbox??? It's a postcard mailed far away from London!



Nice ey?



A black color postcard with pictures of the famous tourist places in London at the front side...



...and at the back, it filled with her warm regards to me! *touched..*


Wonder who mailed this postcard to me? It's the pinky Wennie a.k.a Wen Pink!....a girl who is currently enjoying her super long holidays with her bf in London! *sooo envy~  As some of you might not know, Wen Pink is an enchanting girl whom i met through the NN bloggers movie screening. Still remember the 1st time we met, i thought she is a shy and quiet type of person just like me....but then after a several meet up with her, i get to know that she is actually a friendly person and very nice to chat with...=D

Introduce to you...the sweet girl in Wendy's shirt! lol~

That's the last time i met her until now...and also the day she cheated me...to wear pink color shirt! lol~



Wen Pink, really thanks for such a nice postcard ya! I wouldn't throw away this pleasing piece of postcard for sure! :)

When i first saw this...i keep on thinking...the driver must be hardly find a suitable place to park his/her car...so ended up like this. But then this seems impossible because Kuching city is known of its large and big land..so it would be ridiculous if you tell me there's no suitable place to park a car...Ok..i'm just kidding! :p Actually I've no idea how this little kancil could result in such a nice position. I only know that this car driver must have very good driving skill in order to position his/her car in this way! Salute!



So how is it? "Tremendous" isn't it?

Huai Bin a.k.a Sixthseal - Featured blogger in Project Alpha Week 7! 

Huai Bin started blogging since year 2002. Just like everyone else...he started from an unknown blogger with low blog traffic to a famous top blogger today! When he just started his blog, he always update his blog almost everyday and posted about his daily life. But after a few years of blogging, suddenly he went missing for more than one year. His blog readers thought he already died..but he wasn't...

If you ever follow his blog....i believe you sure know that Huai Bin used to be a drug addict last a couple of years ago...and because of that, he went for rehab. This explains why he went missing for more than one year. But all this doesn't really matter...look at him right now...he is so much better now than what he did many years back then! Who don't have their own past, right? Just like what he believes, everyone is given a second chance of life. It doesn't matter what we did wrong in the past...the thing that matters is how we cope with it and treat it as a lesson. And We all glad that he had made it through all this. :)

Among those bloggers i know, Huai Bin is such a daring person! He dares to try any dangerous and challenging stuffs like bungy jump and sky dive. Apart from that, he also actually enjoy pain..or in other words, he likes to feel the pain... kind of peculiar guy huh? But i must say that i do really admire his braveness. lol~

Last Sunday, a couple of friends and I went for mount climbing walking at Matang Gunung Serapi, Sarawak. It has been quite a long time since I last went for mount climbing walking in KL a couple of months ago...it's kinda fun but at the same time very exhausting...I could feel both my leg muscle was in pain after that! lol~ For those who like mount climbing, mount Serapi is not your best choice as it's for mount WALKING instead of CLIMBING. Imagine from the bottom of the mountain all the way to the peak mountain, all you do is just WALKING on the semen road...so for me, it's quite boring actually. But still, this mountain is just nice for peoples who prefer to go for a mount walking, especially with family members. =)
